Company history

In the 1960s, Emile Decoster and his son Guy, originally from Brussels, decided to move to the Hainaut and set up their company « Decoster et Fils ». At the time, they specialized in the delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables.

1960-1970

Start

Purchase of their first truck and association with the « Battard » sign.
1970

Development

Development of the company, with several vehicles, of international transport by road.
1981

Nijman Zeetank Holding

Takeover of the company by Nijman Zeetank Holding.
2000

New era

After many years, Guy Decoster takes his pension. Sale by the Nijman group to Jacques Cannuyer and Philippe Lebacq.
2011

Knulog SRL

Sale of « Decoster & Cie » to Knulog SRL. Management by Jacques Cannuyer.
2018

TOF SRL

Creation of its French subsidiary TOF SRL (Technique Optimisation Fougerollaise).

TOCATRA
